(More customer reviews)We live in a townhouse, so we can't see our front door. Our poor pup would sit at the bottom of the stairs waiting to go out, but we would never know it. I didn't want her to bark to let me know - I do not like dogs that bark a lot.
So we tried these and they work great! It only took about 2 times to train my lab to ring the bells if she wanted to go out. Now, even if I'm cooking in the kitchen with the TV on, I can still hear her jingle the bells!
Word to the wise though, be sure you are getting the REAL Poochie Bells (they will have a little bone shaped tag near the top). The brand name Poochie Bells have very sturdy and LOUD jingle bells. I tried to save a few bucks by getting a cheaper knock-off on ebay for our cabin, and the bells are smaller and cheap and do not ring nearly as loudly. I ended up getting the real Poochie Bells and tossing the knock-off into the trash.
