Olympus Cable Kit for D220L/320L/500L/600L/620L Digital Cameras Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I looked for this item through OlympusAmerica.com and many other stores, but was unable to find the products I needed, even though it was an Olympus item. I was very glad to find the connection cables I needed for my Olympus D-460 digital camera. Thanks.
Ernie

ATA 100 / 133 IDE / EIDE RIBBON EXTRA LONG 26" CABLE Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)It works. It's long enough for me to be able to connect a backup hard-drive from OUTSIDE the computer through an open PCI slot cover, which is why I got it.
Those little pull tabs come off really easy, though. Although, that might be on purpose, to keep you from pulling in the wrong direction and damaging the pins/cable.
Sufficient.

16 AWG OFC Digital Flat Speaker Wire 50 ft. Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)This is quality flat speaker wire. I was a little uncertain but the price was so good, and the picture wasn't very descriptive, but I thought I would risk it - and I am glad I did.
This is flat speaker wire made by RCA. It is 50 foot of 16 AWG, 100% oxygen free multi-stranded copper wire in a clear PVC jacket. One side is marked as positive. Mine came in sealed in RCA retail packaging.
The wire isn't thin like those micro-thin ribbon wires, but it is very thin - likely a millimeter or under. It looks to be the same size as the Acoustic Research PR361 Speaker Cable. I plan to use it under my living room carpet.
I can't comment on sound quality since I haven't used it, but I expect it would perform like any other decent 16 awg speaker wire.
I added some photos since it was hard for me to tell exactly what I was looking at from the original.

Belkin IDE / EIDE Cable - UDMA 66/100/133 - 40 pin IDC (F) - 40 pin IDC (F) - 3 ft ( F2N1123-03-BLU ) Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)Very flexible, long enough to reach to the top of my extra high tower case. The MB manufacturer put the IDE socket at the bottom of the motherboard but the DVD drive is at the top of the case. Well made.

Cables To Go 30501 FlexUSB USB 2.0 A Male to A Female Adapter (Black) Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I ordered this device for use with my notebook thinking it would allow me to flip dongles and flash drives any other direction than straight out.
I was more than a little dissappointed.
Pros - flexible, ratcheting, good connectors
Cons - not stiff enough, internal ribbon cable pinches
While this looked like what I need, a couple of major problems jumped out.
1) If you use this to reposition a flash drive (OCZ 8gb) and have to carry your notebook, just the act of walking will allow the drive to move. If you don't check before you set it down - one broken device.
2) To allow the flexibility, a thin ribbon cable runs internally from the male to female end. Within a first few tries, I was finding the ribbon cable was getting pinched between parts not allowing a full 90 degrees of movement and damaging the ribbon cable.
Due to the price, I will use this a bit more but expect due the poor design construction, it will have a short life span.
Recommendation: do not buy this device.
