I give both the product and the company 6 stars out of 5. Keep it up, the occassional great experience that comes with the mostly positive experience keep me coming back to Amazon, time and time again. I have only ever had one problem, I called and it was corrected and even overnighted (better than the original shipping method I picked). Thanks.
