(More customer reviews)This machine is great for very basic of needs and for people who fax and copy occassionaly. Saying that, I fax and copy only a few times per month and after a month of use I experienced paper jams frequently and the imaging film just ripped as it is very thin. The ease of use is great and it has other features that are nice. But if you require a tad bit better quality, I would say go with something else.
