Baker's Secret Basics Nonstick 9-Inch Round Cake Pan Review

(More customer reviews)I purchased 3 of these pans so I could bake layer cakes. The sides of the cake pan are slanted. When I baked a cake and started layering it, there was a definate Christmas tree look. Not what I want when layering and decorating. If I keep these pans I will have to trim the sides after the cake is layered and before it is frosted. To save time I will be looking for another set of cake pans.

Wilton Cutter Embosser Review

(More customer reviews)Although the tool does cut fondant fairly easily, the wheels are plastic with rough edges. I found that I needed to use an emery board to smooth the edge of the wheels to get clean cuts... something tha should have been done at the factory. I do however like that the wheels are stored right in the handle and are easily interchangable.

Wilton Fondant Ribbon Cutter Embosser Set Review

(More customer reviews)I bought this tool to create fondant ribbons that I was going to then shape into a bow. After several tries to get the fondant cutter to go straight I eventually pulled out a quilting ruler and pizza cutter, it was quicker and much more accurate. Not only does it wobble and make straight lines nearly impossible, it unscrews the nut that holds the whole thing together. I also tried the embosser and could not get an even continuous print on the ribbons that I was cutting. I'm taking mine back and would highly recommend anyone using this strictly for cutting invest in a good quilting ruler.
