(More customer reviews)Although the tool does cut fondant fairly easily, the wheels are plastic with rough edges. I found that I needed to use an emery board to smooth the edge of the wheels to get clean cuts... something tha should have been done at the factory. I do however like that the wheels are stored right in the handle and are easily interchangable.
