(More customer reviews)This was my first time purchasing a compatible and it just didn't work for me. It came a bit messed up and after reassembling it I had a hard time installing it in my Panasonic fax. Once I did, it made horrible noises and kept jamming the paper. I had several other people look at it and it was indeed installed correctly, it just didn't work for my machine. The construction felt flimsy compared to the ribbon I had and again it just wouldn't stay together. Loved the price, but I won't be buying a compatible again. The company was great though in refunding my money. No problems there.
