(More customer reviews)When I first smelled the Air wick Scent Ribbon I was in love! I purchased all 8 of them on the rack because I had good coupons. What could go wrong, I thought? The first candle that I burnt had about an 1/8 of wax left in the bottom of the glass. So I just put the leftover candle on the candle burner. I hated to waste that much wax. To my dismay they all burnt like that, all 8 of them. Each candle had anywhere from an eight to a quarter of wax in the bottom of them. I thought that it was a little ridiculous to have that much wax left in a candle. I decided to contact their customer service department, in which they apologized and asked if I could send in the candles for review. So I purchased 8 crappy candles, totally dissatisfied customer, and they want me to waste more of money and time to send them back?!? Are you kidding me? So I wrote back and told them that I couldn't believe that the quality of their candles and how they handle customer complaints. She wrote back and told me she would send me a pre-paid sticker to send them back and they were sending me "valuable coupons" towards my next purchase of any of their products (Reckitt Benckiser). I got the coupons in the mail and it was 2 $3 coupons, and a $1 coupon. Geez thanks, how thoughtful. I again wrote back explaining that I spent 8 times that amount and that is what I am offered. I asked for a supervisor to call me or give me the number to call her/him. She wrote me back and again apologized for my disappointment in their product and she forwarded the information to the correct department, and should I have any other questions to contact her via phone or email... I sent them pictures; I didn't pack them up and send them. If their customer service sucks that much, I am sure they would go straight to the trash anyway. Terrible candles, terrible customer service. Save your money! Bottom line, this company needs to stick to their cleaning products. If you would like to see pictures of them just let me know and I will send them to you. I hope this review was helpful.
