(More customer reviews)I already had 10 place settings and purchased two more. When I received them, it looked like the knives had a brushed matte finish whereas the other 4 pieces had a shiny finish. These knives did not look like the other 10 that I already had. I wrote Amazon about this problem 2 times, to see if they'd sent the wrong things or if there was a problem with the item. I never got a response.
