(More customer reviews)It's sharp, came with a small holder so you don't accidentally slice off your fingers and works well as long as you don't want to use large chunks with the holder. The holder is removable for those larger shaves/curls.
I didn't initially realize that this would come with the holder as the product description page said it was sold seperately, but the item I received had the holder packaged seperately, so I guess I got a bonus.
I have to say that I've only used this a few times as I don't make a whole lot of desserts, so can't testify as to its' longevity, but looks as if it will hold up in the long term.
