(More customer reviews)I ordered this pouch and received a vertical insert version of it. I went through the return process, and to Amazon's credit, they sent a replacement overnight.
Unfortunately, they shipped me exactly the same wrong item. So I decided to just buy one from a store in town.
Now I've got a return/refund authorization, but they're making me pay the postage. No big deal, but annoying that they keep making the mistake, but now I must pay to return it. (By the way, to do the 'refund' process, you must email, then initiate a call and speak to someone in India, explain in detail what's wrong, then wait on hold for a few minutes to be connected to someone in the US, and explain everything all over again. A pretty hostile process to return a cheap item.)
I'm guessing they have a product coding problem with this in the warehouse, FYI.
