(More customer reviews)bought a keyboard from this company on the amazon website because they offered a one year replacement warranty. the keyboard does not work and i have been trying to get a replacement keyboard. they are very, very slow to respond to my emails and now they have finally decided they are out of stock on the keyboard. i suggested to them, since they have more than a dozen equivalent keyboards--including this keyboard--listed on their website, they just substitute an equivalent or better keyboard for the keyboard that they now say is out of stock. my next step is to file a complaint with american express, who will likely backcharge them for the cost of my keyboard. i rated this company one star as i couldn't rate them zero stars. amazon has been no help. jpm
