(More customer reviews)I own a toshiba sattelite notebook I called their customer support let me just say Horrible they gave me the run around I spoke to 10 people they lost me as a customer I will never buy a toshiba product ever again!Now since Im under toshiba warranty but they are useless I said to my husband you can replace the laptop keyboard since he fixes everything he tries without a problem hes fixed pcs tvs ipods xbox consoles and much much more thank god he can repair practily anything he always buys replacement parts from amazon and his repairs seem to be flawless from his diagnosis to finaly using repaired product even better than before!Well this keyboard was no different amazon sold it shipped it and the experience was in a word AWESOME!He installed it in 2 minutes !It works great and even was of better quality and looks of the original toshibas big loss for 19.00 dollars it wasnt worth the aggrivation if I knew amazon had keyboards I wouldnt have bothered calling toshiba live and learn!As usual Amazon came through awesome I plan on using Amazon forever Ive bought so many items over the past few years and have always been extremely satisfied We are now buying a new plasma top of the line and yes its on order right now from you guessed it Amazon I have no dought it'llbe another great experience Thanks again Amazon you are awesome!
