(More customer reviews)part was brand new as specified, but the tools included the plastic pry tool, a small phillips head, and a small torx, i think T5. the nokia 6265i has 2 different sized torx screws in it. the provided torx will work on the large screws, but not the small screws. so make sure you have a T3 or T2 torx if youre going to do this yourself.
