Fortunately I order almost exclusively from amazon and newegg, both of whom are spectacular in the shipping department, and had someone watching for it well before the projected arrival date.
I'm not entirely convinced that this is new, there was some wear and one of the random mfr. stickers on the back looked half peeled off and stuck back on. Basically the packaging and apparently used nature of the keyboard cost it a star.
Once installed all the visible surfaces looked new, every key functioned and I had it installed in under 2 minutes. It is now part of an ubuntu linux based home entertainment center, has been for about 5 months now and no issues.
I'd honestly only knock half a star off if it was possible, the price was perfect, shipping was perfect, and it's so small and light the lack of packing clearly didn't affect it's final state.
