Our Dell keyboard was printing "er" for "e" or "r" and "df" for "d" or "f" and "cv" for "c" or "v" We noticed that it probably was a Dell issue that Dell would not recognize, so we ordered a non-Dell replacement keyboard, and the laptop works properly again.
The seller delivered the new keyboard quickly and safely.
We are very happy with the product and the seller.
