(More customer reviews)I had to replace my original keyboard because the numbers/letters kept wearing away. I am hoping not to have this problem w/ the new model. So far I haven't had any problems with this replacement keyboard. It was not difficult to install but a set of instructions would have been handy. The directions I found instructed me to remove only 2 screws out of the bottom and then pop up the top cover. There are several screws that must be removed first. Then the cover will pop up, but do it carefully - it does not come up as easy as one might think (note: it does not come completely off).
