(More customer reviews)Went to Best Buy to have the keyboard replaced on my Compaq Presario M2000 laptop. They said I'd have to buy the keyboard, probably on Amazon, and they'd install it for $50. So I ordered the keyboard and while I was at it, Googled the replacement procedure. Looked easy enough so I decided to do the work myself. The procedure I found was not for an M2000, even though it indicated it was. I soon found this out so with the new keyboard in hand and a bit more Googling I found the proper procedure that matched the computer. Even with fumbling around trying the wrong procedure, it took not much more than 30 minutes. Keyboard works fine and it was an easy job.
